What is the best program for absolute beginners?
For absolute beginners, we strongly recommend starting with either our 1-on-1 Elite Coaching or the Morning Conditioning / HIIT Pack Bootcamp classes. The 1-on-1 coaching allows Julius to assess your baseline structural movement, joint flexibility, and build custom exercises. Our group classes are fully customizable, and the coach will scale any movement to match your current ability.
How long does it take to see noticeable results?
Most members report energy level improvements and reduced muscle stiffness within the first 2 weeks. Physical composition changes (losing body fat, showing muscle definition, gaining metric lift strength) typically show solid visual trends around weeks 4 to 6, provided nutrition protocols and consistency are followed.
Can I switch program styles midway through my contract?
Yes, absolutely. We recognize that goals shift. If you start in group classes and decide you need 1-on-1 attention for strength mastery or nutrition, we can shift your membership structure easily. Just notify Julius or email us.
Do you offer modifications for physical injuries or limitations?
Always. Safety is our primary metric. We modify exercises to protect joints, accommodate past injuries, or work around chronic pain. Make sure to discuss your medical history during your initial free consultation so we can structure modifications.
