Meet Julius Thomas

"I built Monster Wolf Fitness to be the gym I always wanted to train in—a place with premium equipment, elite coaching, and zero attitude."

Julius Thomas has spent over 12 years in the fitness industry helping everyday individuals, competitive powerlifters, and collegiate athletes unlock physical excellence. After earning his credentials and working in various corporate settings, Julius noticed a disconnect between generic gym memberships and actual member results.

Monster Wolf Fitness was founded on a simple principle: where strength meets community. Julius designed a system that fuses progressive athletic strength training with a supportive, pack-like atmosphere, ensuring no member is left behind or ignored. While we serve members of all ages, our training systems are specialized to meet the unique strength, longevity, and recovery needs of adults aged 40 and above.
