Cancellation Policy

At Chop Tops Barbershop, we value your time and the time of our skilled barbers. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following policy:

Cancellations or Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late Notice Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% service charge will be applied to your account or charged to the card on file.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge.
